Euro Railpass

Going to europe for two weeks, does this sound feasible?
I am going to europe for two wks & my plan is to fly (w. a friend) these are the places I would like to see… Paris, (see amsterdam for ONE day if possible), take a train down the coast (nice, cannes, monaco, st. tropez), then take a train to italy (Venice, Florence, Rome, & Pisa). All accomodations will be handled before leaving nyc (airfare, railpass, hotels/hostels) and would to spend between 3500 and 5000 euros for spending money (food, shopping). Is this possible, and can you help me figure how to see these places; an itinerary if you will. Thank you for your help.
I wouldn’t particularly recommend doing this. 10 places over a fairly substantial geographic area in 14 days wouldn’t really allow you to see much in any of the places you want to go. You’ll be better off either extending the timeframe for the trip, or cutting down on the itinerary.
If you really do want to do this, you’ll be better off flying into Amsterdam than Paris. Then you won’t have to backtrack on the train to get where you want to go next. Spend the first day in Amsterdam. Take the train from Amsterdam to Paris, Paris to Nice, from Nice to Venice, there’s a night train that leaves at 9:50 pm and arrives in Venice at 7:37 am. The advantage is that you can sleep through the night in a berth and not have the cost of a hotel that night. You could do the same just going directly from Paris to Venice and bypassing the Riviera this trip. From Venice move on to Florence. Do Pisa as a day trip from Florence. Go see the Leaning Tower, and then go on to Lucca for the rest of the day. It’s a 25 minute train ride from Pisa and there’s more to see and do. From Florence take the train to Rome.
