Discount Eurail Tickets
Is Eurail adult pass limited to those over 25 only?
I’m planning a trip to Europe and would like to purchase a global Eurail pass. When I visit the site, it says that adult 1st class tickets are for 26 and older and youth 2nd class tickets are for 25 and under. I’m 25 (and will still be when I travel) and would like a 1st class ticket. Can I buy a regular adut 1st class ticket? I think I’d be able to, but just want to make sure that it’s just an optional 2nd class discount being offered to the young instead of a forced class distinction by age. Thanks.
you are correct in your assumption. you can purchase the adult 1st class ticket, you just won’t get the discount you would for being a youth in second class.
